100% of the service charge is distributed TO THE STAFF

The majority of your service charge goes towards a tronc system which is split between the team and handled by the “Troncmaster”, the team receive tax benefits on these payments, as they are not liable for National Insurance.

Service Charge rewards our individual team members for their excellent service, while acknowledging the contributions of the entire wider team who work together to deliver your meal.

To facilitate this, a discretionary service charge is added to your bill, with 12.5% in London and Brighton, and 10% in Manchester.

It’s worth noting that we do not impose any administrative fees or deduct any amounts from the tips or service charges you provide. Your additional recognition goes directly to the hardworking individuals who make your dining experience memorable.
