Are you dog friendly?
Yes, we are! We love welcoming your four legged friends into our restaurants. Take a look at all of our dog friendly details here.

Can you cater for coeliacs?
Our pizzas can be made entirely with gluten-free ingredients and they are cooked in gluten-free trays.
However, they are cooked in the same wood fired oven as the regular pizzas. Certain sides and desserts are prepared in our gluten-free kitchen and cooked only using gluten-free equipment, and therefore these are suitable for coeliacs.

Do you use garlic and onion in your tomato sauce?
No, our South Italian tomatoes are simply mixed with sea salt to preserve the authentic sweet flavour.

What type of vegan cheese do you use?
We do not purchase any vegan cheeses to use in any of our offerings, and opt to make our own in-house using our own recipe. It is vegan, free from all major allergens, and organic.

Your mozzarella is amazing! Can I buy some?
Yes! It’s available to buy here.

I have an allergy! Can you cater to me?
Most likely, yes! All of our dishes are freshly made to order, most can be adjusted to your requirements. Our staff are highly trained around allergens, and we are always looking to remove the 14 major allergens from our dishes, aiming to be inclusive with all customers regardless of their dietary requirements. Please speak to any member of our team about any allergens so we can offer you tailored support and information.

Do you use soya in your dishes?
We have recently removed all soya from our ingredients and products, with the exception of our desserts.

Do you use palm oil in any of your foods?
Nope! We don’t use palm oil due to environmental concerns and the welfare of species affected by deforestation.

I have a problem with my Deliveroo order... who can I speak to?
We’re sorry to hear that there was a problem; unfortunately, we are unable to assist with Deliveroo complaints. Any complaints regarding a delivery placed via Deliveroo will need to be addressed directly with Deliveroo via their live chat on the app or by calling their support team on 0203 699 9977.

Do you have a children's menu?
Yes, we love having whole families come together and enjoy the deliciousness that is pizza. We have a fantastic menu, packed with delicious dishes for kids, and the menu itself is covered in puzzles and things to colour in (you might even get a bit jealous of your kids). Best of all, one child per adult eats for free at Purezza! Other children can enjoy the pizzas for just £5.

Are there baby changing facilities and high chairs?
Yes, they are both available so you’ll never be caught in a pinch.

Are your pizza boxes recyclable?
Yes, but this varies from council to council – they need to be disposed of with your Tetrapaks (i.e. where you put your oat milk cartons!)

We are currently working to put together a comprehensive nutrition guide for our pizzas. It’ll be ready soon!

Why don't you take cash?
We became a cashless restaurant as of February 2019. For information on why we don’t use cash, please see here.

Do you still offer raw food on your menu?
Since 2015, raw food has been a core focus for Purezza. However, over recent years, the cost of producing these raw foods has increased substantially and it became increasingly difficult for us to sustain on the menu. We are pleased to confirm that we still champion our raw pesto Courgetti Spaghetti.
Dealing with COVID-19

Do staff wear masks?
We have decided for our staff to continue wearing masks for the time being.

How often do you undertake cleaning?
We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting all of our surfaces.
For front of house tables, we clean, disinfect, and sanitise each one after every customer, as well as sanitising the salt and oil holders and hand-held menus as well.
When we are closing down, we follow a multi-step cleaning process to clean tables and our kitchen areas: we wash them with hot soapy water and then use sanitiser in the evening, and then sanitiser again in the morning before opening and welcoming customers into our restaurants.

Is there a maximum number for customer groups?
We are currently following the latest government advice, which now does not impose any limits on group sizes for dining experiences. Bring all your loved ones and enjoy a great meal together.

Do you provide hand gel for customers?
Yes, we do across all of our sites.

How are you staying safe on delivery and click & collect orders?
Our teams at our restaurants are preparing all the meals following the required safety steps.
We deliver via Deliveroo. Please refer to their information page on COVID-19 guidelines for information around steps being taken.

Do people need to scan in with NHS Track & Trace?
Since the 19th July, checking-in is not mandatory.
However, a Purezza Track & Trace QR code will be available at the entrance door of each restaurant for those who would like to check in.
