They have opened additional restaurants in Camden and Manchester, and they are constantly working to improve the sustainability and environmental impact of their business.
Despite their success, Stefania and Tim remain true to their roots, having been vegan for over a decade, and continue to be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the restaurants.
