Following our Neapolitan family recipe, our sourdough pizzas are made with a ‘type 2’ wholegrain flour and matured for a minimum of 48 hours. This enhances the flavour and digestibility, making them extra light and fluffy.
Our fresh artisan mozzarella is homemade, using a blend of organic Italian brown rice milk. It’s less than half the calories and fat of traditional mozzarella.
